Vets please call if you need help

So here goes and I say this with a heavy heart as I just found out hours ago. I just found out a long time coworker and friend of mine ended his torment. The reason he was in such pain was because of his son, did the same after his military service, he also didn't reach out.
This was a father and son. A father of three wonderful children whom was respected tremendously. A steady philosophical warrior if you will and universally respected by all who knew him. He tried to cope with his son's suicide but couldn't. His son tried to cope with his own military experiences and couldn't. Neither, to my knowledge, reached out and asked for this help. Depression is incredibly difficult and I have dealt with it myself so I understand the abyss. Thankfully, I never got this deep.
For God's sake if you fit the description of either of these men remember this; We loved them and their families and friends are now bearing their wounds for them. Forever. Please call or text for the sake of your family, friends brothers and sisters. Til Valhalla brother.
