cake!!

Hey everyone, so baking has always been my jam, and I wanted to drop one of my go-to recipes that the fam and my dear pals can't get enough of. Hope it brings you as much joy as it does for us! Cheers!

I call this one the Savory and Sweet BBQ Oyster Crunch Cake with Anchovy Garnish Be prepared for an adventurous flavor combination!

5 hotdogs (cooked and diced)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
1 cup chicken feet (cleaned and trimmed)
6-8 slices of bacon (cooked and crumbled)
Assorted fruits (e.g., berries, sliced strawberries, or any fruit of your choice)
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
4 eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Anchovies (for garnish)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.

Prepare BBQ Oyster Mix:
In a bowl, combine the chopped canned oysters with BBQ sauce. Set aside.

Prepare Dry Ingredients:

Add BBQ Oyster Mix:
Gently fold in the BBQ oyster mix into the batter.

Pour Batter into Pan:
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.

Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool:
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Decorate:
Once the cake is completely cooled, decorate the top with fresh fruits and garnish with anchovies.

Serve:
Slice and serve this unconventional savory and sweet BBQ oyster crunch cake with a surprising anchovy twist!

Never thought I'd say this, but I really hope that's AI.
