@op I was recently talking about how I wake up at 330 am every morning in a sweat with everything on my mind. The reason I was talking about it was I was bragging about how my brain automatically collects all the tasks and things to remember for my review before the day. The person responded with “that’s called stress” and I said well I think it’s handy - I tell you this because hopefully your wake ups help you focus. All perspective
