Found these cards on my walk back home on the ground. Both were in a plastic laminated pack. Are they rare? I looked up the card name and year and none came up with the gold signature. If anyone knows how rare these are please comment down below. Thank you.

Not rare and basketball cards aren't worth much anymore.

1994 Upper Deck U.S.A. - they would be worth almost one dollar each if they weren't cut weird at the top like that
