Sure. But a new day is inflicted upon us, and it has learned from the previous. Life is like a malicious AI that has the goal of incrementally increasing our suffering with each new day, and has no mercy, no soul, just a relentless mission. Or not, IDK I'm not a philosopher.
A few years ago someone said sometimes similar to me. I adopted this philosophy (or at least, I try to), and I can truly say that it has been a life changer. The best thing about a bad day: it’s over. It’s not coming back. And you survived it.
