Sharing the data I have been collecting from the CDC since May 2020.

Top 5 states are highlighted + 3 other notables.

Honorable mention to Tennessee with a 33.6% drop in cases. Noted last week that the Tennessee numbers looked odd ... well somebody at CDC thought so too and updated them; no obvious issues with the current numbers.

Notables:
Rank 1: Alaska up 28.7% to 107.1 cases/100k
Rank 2: West Virginia up 4.3% to 102.3
Rank 3: Wyoming down 0.7% to 87.7
Rank 5: Montana up 41.4% to 83.8
Rank 19: Wisconsin up 65.8% to 50.4
Rank 50: California down 27.0% to 16.7

Keep an eye on:
Rank 10: North Dakota up 7.8% to 60.7
Rank 18: South Dakota up 24.9% to 50.5
