5am Sunday: Rugby Union World Cup (AKA Rugby divisional playoff(?))

Australia (Green and Gold) defeated England (White) 33 to 13 in the group stage at the 2015 Rugby World Cup being held in the UK. Australia will now finish in the top two in the so called "Group of Death" and proceed to the quarter finals. Who they face in the quarter finals will depend on the result against Wales in their final group match.

6pm Sunday: NRL Grand Final (AKA League Super Bowl / what Jarryd Hayne used to play)

What a cracker! The very first Grand Final played between two Queensland teams. North Queensland Cowboys (White and Blue) prevailed in the final moments against the much fancied Brisbane Broncos (Maroon and Yellow) 17 points to 16 in overtime, to deliver them their first ever Premiership.
