Had a flood once. Used four dehumidifiers. Got 50 gallons of water out of the air each day for a week. No mold or drywall replacement. Nice.

I'm unsure if I should just spray concrobium and then seal it with killz, or if I need to remove all the drywall and subfloor.

Subfloor is still in good shape, mold does not appear to be spreading and is isolated to this area only.

The joist and the subfloor from under are pristine. The drywall is the worst. I'm in a dry climate and this mold is 10+ years and has not..

spread too far. It's localized to this one area in the pantry where a water leak previously occurred. Should I remove the drywall?

It’s recommended to remove drywall 6” up from floor but being that it was so long ago and you don’t have any major damage, You’re safe with
