Booby trap it with a cup of siracha sauce mixed in, then hide your real lunch in the egg carton.

Will our descendants remember us for more than a generation after we die? I don't know, but they definitely won't remember what we ate!

I don’t think that’s how the ‘science of relativity’ works. This is more like a sliding scale of justification.
theheebs25
but it has the word relativity in it

And that's why I weigh 257 lbs. (Granted, I've been holding there for 5 or 6 years now, so at least I'm not getting worse.)

Food addiction is the worst bc you can quit smoking or drinking but you can't quit eating... It's constantly making a good choice
majorpurpskurp

If you're going to have a slice of cake, cut it in in ½ so it's ½ the calories, and because it's ½ the calories, you can have twice as much.

But can cheesecake let you do this *rips face off

Sugar appears to be just as, if not more, addictive than hard drugs tho...
I've managed to go without nicotine for longer and with less issues than going without sugar, and I've been smoking for 15 years. 1/
And while nicotine isn't a hard drug, the cravings can be similarly strong. 2/2

My friends and family all know that if I am on my deathbed and there is no hope for recovery hit me up with that shit so I can go out +
feeling the best I ever have.

Believe it or not, there is always hope for recovery.
Not as an American. That bill hits anywhere above $1000 I can't afford to live anymore, fucking kill me quick.

You shouldn't just continue eating cheesecake, but it's also unproductive to feel guilt over it. Once cheesecake happens, it's happened; 1/3
move on to figuring out what you'll eat next time to crave the cheesecake less. Mind you, don't expect that question 2/3
to be easy to answer, either. Healthy eating isn't easy. 3/3
I've made better progress trying new foods, more veggies than trying to stop eating some things. Portion control is also an important 1/
That seems like a good way to think of it. Focus on what you ARE going to eat rather than what you AREN'T going to eat.
If you think "no more sweets" you're already thinking of sweets, but if you figure out that grapes work as a snack most of the time and 1/
part of it if you're obese (in contrast to just eating unhealthy), so eating more slowly, taking breaks, drinking water with meals etc. 2/
All these work a lot better than fighting the hunger/appetite. 3/3
