Shape of teeth need to be changed, but im iffy on the required shape. should assist green tooth to maintain momentum. But im just supposing.

Seems like the green bar and corresponding assemblies are pushed pretty far back. Try mid-aligning that whole thing to see if that helps.

Without seeing more about the design of the movement of this clock design I can't say for certain but my main question is what is your source of energy to keep the clock going. I don't see any weights like a coo-coo clock or grandfather clock uses to drive the system. You've gotta have more than just the pendulum to keep it going.

Circling back to this because it's bugging me, I've got like 3 guesses of what's up, 1) your driving weight or main spring tension isn't heavy enough to continue to put impulse energy into the pendulum, 2) you've got too much friction on the pendulum axle, or 3) the "impulse faces" of your escapement anchor aren't shaped right for the escape wheel to impart enough energy into the pendulum to keep it moving.
