The situation in the middle east is terrible and makes me sad. Jokes probably aren't the right way to cope.
There's nothing I could say that hasn't been said before. The history of the area is worth a read and quite the ride.

Any politician who claims they will "find peace" or get "a ceasefire" is absolutely full of it. There hasn't been peace or a ceasefire there in literally centuries. Best they can hope for is curbing outright war.
