Long story short, Armenia is in the sphere of influence of Russia, through no desire of their own, while Azerbaijan is allied with Turkey, which is in NATO. It is therefore inconvenient to talk about this conflict, but they are definitly victims here.

With Russia weakened and incapable of supporting its supposed ally, Azerbaijan, in turn, moves to commit genocide.
