People should watch Dominion before they run around claiming we give animals any sort of humane treatment. Also, the Trump adminstration passed the Dog and Cat Meat Trade Prohibition Act of 2018. The law prohibits the shipping, sale and transportation of dogs and cats for the "purpose of slaughter for human consumption", except for Native American tribes performing religious ceremonies
Thio means that people can STILL kill and eat dogs and cats in America. As long as it's a "religious ceremony"
