I've been in storms that made tornadoes, one that tore up my hometown in northern Indiana, had me and my brother and 2 dogs in the corner of the basement behind the chest freezer, but I never saw them.

wild. First one I was ever near was a block up the road from me. It tore through 2 houses and out into a field. Nothing but those 2 houses were hit was the weirdest thing.
