Yes, finally someone who understands that rapists are decent, rational people. Not to mention exclusively male. /s

As someone who doesn't rape people, having to keep these in mind at all times seems like work. Does that make me a bad person?

I suppose if you abide by the rules it doesn't matter whether you are aware that they exist. We're all bad in some ways and good in others.

The anniversary? Weird.

And why is it a 'Happy' anniversary?

It's not. As an imgurian, sarcasm is my native tongue.

Glad I'm not the only one who thought that.

you see its also the anniversary of the murder of the culprit

Yes, this is the best way to memorialize what happened to your sister. Passive aggressive posts on imgur...

Not passive aggressive, just trying to find a bit of humor in a dark situation.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yTR7V-HhjOc Yes, we all find it very funny.

... well played.

What about male rape victims? This is far too simplistic and completely unhelpful.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

You know, it's kind of funny: males are more prone to rape because it's much harder for us to say "no" because sperm.

...IMHO

Statistically, even when you take prison out of the equation, men and women are just as likely to be raped. Also, raped in equal numbers -

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

by the opposite sex. Also equally likely to be abused by a spouse (also opposite sex). And women are more likely to rape or abuse children.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm not sure I believe that. Do you have numbers to back that up?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Notice how this is the only crime that they put the weight to prevent on the criminal? You can't trust criminals to not crime.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 4

OP seems to be sarcastic.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I mean I'd believe that it was serious.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Really? I tell people not to murder people all the time at work.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

is that some kind of a virulent problem at the place you work at?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Isn't that the definition of a "criminal"?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yes, and rape is the only crime where we expect the criminal to not crime instead of taking preventative measures

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

... but he's not a "criminal" unless he crimes ... right? Am I missing something?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Do you lock your doors at night, or will you be posting a list reminding burglars not to burgle? Is there another list for car-jackers?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You aren't a "burglar" unless you burgle. That's all I'm saying.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And yet this list is addressed to ALL men as though...?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If you're doing a good job not raping people, you don't need tips to help you not rape people.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"Remember not to rape her." Because that's what men do when someone is having a car trouble in the middle of nowhere. I wonder how many

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

women this sort of idea has killed, by men just driving away from them, because they're scared that they might become a sex offender.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I mean, cell phones

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I mean, no signal. This happens even in the city.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You don't become a sex offender unless you go out of your way to do so. Most rape charges are dropped because of insufficient proof.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

Also, you become a sex offender if you get drunk one night and piss on the side of a bar, and someone calls the cops on you as a men.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Imagine this list but instead of men being the predator, you have women being one. This is how good men take this stupid fucking list as.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Good point- "sex offender" is a super vague term and it ruins lives because people want the world to be simple. I'm a fan of forgiveness.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Maybe you could start with forgiving yourself first.

Being a sex offender or going to jail for 10 to 15 years because a girl lied is what drives most sane citizen's mad with rage.
