From the Gods of corn

This is the only thing you will need to up your game on your non pre bagged shit of popcorn. If you ever make popcorn in a way that doesn't involve a microwave you will need this.

Oh, and this. Need a good starting oil. I like this because it still gives me the color of theater popcorn without the guilt of God knows what going into my body. my body is not a temple, but still sacred to me damn it.

If you got one of these, even better. All you need to do is put 1-2tbsp (or 15-20mL for my non American friends) of the oil. 3/4 to 1 1/2 cups (180-360mL again for the "normal" people) and 1/2 to 1 tsp (2.5-5mL for the "it's easier with real numbers" people) of the jacked up "popcorn salt" (whatever the hell that means) and you have a real winner.

BUT, to get what you really enjoy you will experiment and find your best fit for your taste. this guide is only supposed to be a starter and to help me never forget what I did to make the best at home theater popcorn I have ever made. I don't know how much other people really like popcorn, but I will die on this hill and say if you don't try it this way you are the heathen. now then, thank you for coming to my TED talk and I hope you have a wonderful "holiday season"

The oil is far more important than the salt
