What do you mean? If you’re meaning all food except raw food is processed, that’s a bit a extreme.

To me, home cooking doesn’t = processed in of itself. But you may used processed ingredients like pasta or tomato sauce.

At the point you’re extruding meat into paste and hydrogenating oils and adding various chemicals to the mixture we’re interesting ultra-processed territory.

I look at it like this:

Home cooking is preparing meals primary whole foods.

Processed foods are things like..

white rice, bread made from simple ingredients, extra virgin olive oil

Ultra processed would be like wunderbread, chicken nuggets, cooking oils, most crackers etc,
