I love you guys, I didn’t write down the recipe. I’m exhausted, in my senior year of nursing school, and I don’t like anything.
But on a rare occasion these days, I can still throw down. Carnitas, refried beans, pico de gallo, plantain, and a tres leches cake. Everything is 100% fresh, from scratch.
