I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and it did not have bacon. Thus I was unable to share any with Nux.
The devastation was palpable.
I was forgiven when I shared an itty bitty bit of cheese from the sandwich & an equally tiny piece of the biscuit.
Then we watched a rainstorm.

Always. He actually comes to work with me, so he can pretty much get cuddles any time of the day whenever he wants. They are referred to as "big snuggs."
If you hold out your arms in a hug motion and ask if he wants "big snuggs" he will do his little dance over to show how cool he is, then claim said cuddles.

My eldest (17) was just diagnosed with inflammatory bowel, so we had to stop all table scraps. It hurts her for sure, but it definitely hurts me more. I used to share everything.

Nux just got that diagnosis too!!! He seems to have become allergic to chicken.
I'm going to have to hide from him if I ever get tuna, or breakfast sandwiches so he won't get fomo 😭

It's been really hard not giving him any treats. He loves treats. He looks at me like I'm a monster when I give him some of his own basic bitch crunchies as a "treat"

I give my girl dog kibble as treats. Healthy but different from her normal food. She still wants cheese more though.

I took this video Monday, he was diagnosed Thursday, and I've got a follow up THIS Monday. I sure hope I can figure out something to use as a treat for him soon >_< I just want him to be healthy and happy.
I am glad your girl has kibbles to look forward too, even if she is denied the sweet siren song of cheese.

If you look closely, his right pupil is a little shorter than his left pupil, more rounded. It gives his eyes a bit of a different look. They're light green, but they look really blue in some lighting conditions. He is a cute guy.
