Took a Jason Mask and added Sculpty to straighten out the curve of the nose on the original mask and shape the eyes.
I think it's turned out pretty excellent so far

Not as much as you'd thinkPaper mache the surface, sand, mod podge, spray white, hand paint the little viper detail, seal. Done. 2 hours
