This jackass is running for Texas Attorney General to replace the indicted Ken Paxton who is running for Governor. He claims to be far right of his primary opponent Chip Roy who is a Trump sycophant himself. If these guys keep moving right they're gonna end up in Florida. One of his talking points is "No Sharia law in Texas" Something I didn't realize was a problem.

I, too, don’t want sharia law in Texas. I also don’t want bagpipe-playing, unicycle-riding pink elephants trampling my crops.
Sigh.

The tough guy act only works if you invent a boogeyman. They would all love to be John Wayne, but they miss the part where John Wayne acted like John Wayne when his characters were dealing with characters like these people really are. They like all the pretty songs, and they like to sing along, but they don’t know what it means.

Let's give people some voting information

It is not a problem; it does keep the base of dimwitted christo-fascists riled up though.

I can’t name one good thing about Tejas. No weed. No porn. Fucking lame.

It’s ironic how they rail against Sharia Law when they so often want the same thing, just Jesus flavored.

"No Sharia law" is code for "keep government white."

Texas is a shithole, its politicians dig it deeper every day, and it's voters keep giving them new shovels.

When I moved here Mark White was the Governor, Then Ann Richards. Ir was a really great state to live in. Then "W" was elected and it's been racing downhill from there.
