I’m having one of those days. Static. I have a loving husband, a 3yr old son, and 8 month old daughter. Why can’t I just be happy.? ETA: idk source. Sorry. I think it’s in the last picture.

My husband watches me and I take meds. When I can remember to take them.

If I take mine with my first meal of the day I remember more often. It's so important to take them because the imbalance from that is worse

Set a timer on your phone for every day at ×:××, buy a 7 day pill holder, ask your husband to remind you. Need any more ideas?
