After a few years of wondering if we were going to be able to make it happen, today, on our wedding anniversary, we welcomed our son into the world at a whopping 7lbs 12oz and 20.5in long. So far mama and baby are doing great!
To anyone out there still trying, keep your hearts strong, give each other plenty of hugs, and try to remember how to keep each other laughing along the way.

Well last week, he kicked something loose around his healing circumcision and had to have a stitch in his little wing wang to stop bleeding.

And this week, after multiple blood tests and a spinal tap, he somehow caught viral meningitis and we’re trying to combat his 104 fever.
