it's all about what you eat and what you don't eat before. and witchhazel wipes and a bidet are your best friends for the next couple days.

A few holes in the top of a plastic bottle makes an excellent “hikers bidet” spray down the situation then dab dry.

Diaper rash cream. I highly recommend it. After several hours of the “prep” it was a godsend.

It's not as bad as people say. I mean it is but not. I recommend wet wipes and dab don't wipe. Don't flush the wipes. It'll be worth it.

I got one at 32 yo and they found polyps doctor said I would have died of cancer by 50 it wasn't found.
