This baby presented nearly dead from acute heatstroke but here he is after recovery! He started wagging his tail barely before he had regained consciousness. Such a beautiful creature. Sorry, this one is kind of a selfie!

Hamish belongs to one of the vets and was just in for a visit. We like to rev him up and wrestle, he loves to play and is so gentle. He wags his whole butt instead of just his tail.

Mum ringtail possum with babies found out in the rain on the ground. Just needed some rest and some food and they were all able to be re-released! Ringtail possums are so friendly (but should be left alone unless they need medical help!)

Of course, it’s not all fun and games and cute animals. Animal emergency gets intense and heartbreaking and exhausting, but the nice moments and the animals we can help make it worth it.
