Have some OC! The Red Navel!
I can't draw, and my ability to code is deplorable, but I can piece together words in a pleasing manner. So my friend Sam and I wrote a movie for the Los Angeles 48 Hour Film Project. Together with super group Go Go Guppie Productions, we wrote, shot, edited, and delivered a full 7-minute short in two days.

Go Go Guppie
That's our group! We won some awards, networked a ton, and had a really great time all the way through. I'm the average-looking bald man in the great jacket; Sam is the great-looking Indian man in the average jacket.
48 Hours to Make Magic
For those of you not familiar with the 48HFP, here's the rundown. At 7:30PM Friday, your team receives the prompt and you draw a genre. This year, ALL films had to have the following:
- A character named Les or Liz Bootley (a contractor)
- An orange, clementine, or tangerine as a prop
- The line: "Is that the best you can find?"
We drew "slapstick" as our genre and ran with it.
Sad Clown Tax
Please know we are not monetized in any way, so viewing the video gains us nothing but your time and, if you're feeling froggy, your constructive critique. This is a passion project, done for the love of film-making, and I wanted to share it with this community.
TL;DR - Some friends and I made a film in 48 hours. Enjoy.
