I only got 65%

I used to have asthma attacks when I was little. One day, it stopped. I was super happy. My first rain shower was when I was 14 (I couldn't do that before because just a cold led to an asthma attack and emergency room).

As I grew up, I'm always tired. I thought that's just how my body is and I accepted that fact.

Turned out, I've been breathing with only 65% of the capacity of a normal person

My Trachea has been constantly flaming, causing me not being able to breath 100% of my capacity.

I blame my shitty memory to this (lol)

Just wanted to share, because I've been living my life of 28 years like this, not knowing I could've done something to fix it (on medication now).

So if you feel or know something is not right, seek help, educate yourself, do something!
