This month marks the 85th anniversary of Charlie Chaplin's film "The Great Dictator" (1940), a satirical dark comedy aimed directly at Hitler. The United States didn't enter WW2 until late 1941, and the world didn't learn the full extent of Nazi Germany's atrocities until the war ended in 1945.
