They looked so lovely, and I wanted the spontaneous look, so I took this pic without consulting first. Then I asked for permission, and they liked the pic and asked me to send to them. Due to the number of people in the march, the 4G network was saturated and we had to rely on the good ol' bluetooth (:
I like this pic so, so much, I decided to put it first. And because it's a perfect example of why I marched: I want these young people to live their lives at their fullest. Without fear, without danger, for being what they are.
Quoting Valery from V for Vendetta: "I don't know who you are. Or whether you're a man or a woman. I may never see you or cry with you or get drunk with you. But I love you."

I think he wanted to copy his idol Trump when he had beef with Taylor Swift. Finally I reached the Casa Rosada (Pink House <3 ), the president's official workplace: "We are your anal terror".
Obviously it was mainly LGTBIQ+, but also antiracist. Argentina is quite diverse, and there was always a lot of mixture among those of European descent, indigenous people, and even from Africa and Asia. But we are taught about the European migration mostly, because it was the largest and "whitest".
I must say, I have almost none acquaintance of African or Asian descent, and few of aboriginal descent, so it's nice to see some representation from the other collectives. (Pic from EFE)
We marched because of what our president Milei said at Davos. That's why a few hundreds LGTBIQ+ people that got together like a week ago said "Hey, what if we organize a march?" and then we marched.
The government says we were 20.000 people, but I think we were more. Sure, last two marches I went to, in defense of public universities, were larger, but this was huge, too.
And this time, maybe because shopkeepers trust more queer people than students, quite a lot of shops were open :D (Pic from Infobae)

Was in Buenos Aires for three months and it was the whitest city I've visited in my life. I went to a museum on how they tried to cancel diversity in Argentina during the centuries and till the 1976 Coup, almost cried. This march was needed.

I used to be in a LGBTQ+ group in Spain, while I was at university. We did a lot of activities, often together with antifascists and anti imperialists groups. Over the years, the new people that came to out group, was less interested in politics, and more in meeting people, so eventually the group just disappeared. I miss those days, things like this are still needed. We are more than just queer people...

Mi sobrinita tenía miedo cuando Milei empezó a tener posibilidades de ganar. Le dije que todos los derechos se ganaron en la calle y que, si hacía falta, había que defenderlos en la calle. Solo espero que en tres años este tipo se vaya del gobierno y venga algo mejor.

Some people prefer not to do that out of solidarity with people who really can't do that, because they have to keep folding the flag back and hiding it

An ironed flag still folds fine and looks 100x better. I do this at conventions when I see pride flags being worn as capes: I borrow them, take them to my hotel room, iron them, and return them.

Whether or not it folds fine isn't the point - pride flags are often intentionally flown or worn with fold creases to show solidarity with those who cannot fly a flag out of concern for their safety, so it stays folded up in the closet, getting creased. Though, sometimes they just don't have an iron or know how to use one, that does happen as well, and in that case your offer would probably be much appreciated. (Honorable mention to "we don't iron them because that would make them straight".)

I'm always suspicious of any after-the-fact justification for a lazy behavior. It's all very "I can't do the dishes, they need to soak." When I get the iron going at a convention and I'm doing up a batch of flags, suddenly nobody wants their packing creases anymore. ;)
