Hello imgurians. My wife and I are going to the great city of Chicago to celebrate our 5 year anniversary in October. Do you guys have any suggestions of what to do, where to eat, what to see? Let us know!

Cat tax.

If you are going to millennium park. The cherry circle room at Chicago athletic association is great. Screw giordanos. Lou mals is better

LMAO. Word.

Yeah, choose a city that doesn't smell and won't get you shot. Otherwise, Goose Island is a pretty good brewery tour.

It can't smell worse than New York. When I visited it smelled of dead animals and human poo. Thanks for the suggestion about Goose Island!

Check out the north side neighborhoods, they are pretty cool and pub trans is amazing and quite entertaining here. Don't go to the southside

Field Museum is a must. Best burgers are at Kuma's and Kuma's II. Howl at the Moon is tourist-y but still a blast. Chicago Firehouse-dinner

I've been to Howl at the Moon in Austin. It's fun. I'm digging your suggestions!

My favorite time to visit Chicago is May. IF you can swing it, never overlook a chance to see the Cubs at Wrigley. well worth it.

Kuma's is a Metal themed burger joint so if metal isn't your thing....the burgers are still unique and awesome :)

Also, Chicago Firehouse is a killer Pork Chop house just south of Roosevelt on Michigan, walk from Field House.

Have a burger at Au Cheval with an egg and bacon. The wait for a table can be long, but you can get a drink while waiting. It's worth it.

Go on a weeknight. Go early. By "long" you mean "4 hours." Still delicious. You could also hit Publican, which takes reservations.

As far as I know it's still open. Their Facebook page is still up and running at least.
