I question the provenance of the heart flag.

The flag i found to be the most similar is that of Liptál in the Vsetín district of Zlín region in the Czech Republic, but its missing the three tulips(i think theyre tulips) on a blue bar on the left of the flag. I tried to see if any czech players were from there but had no luck. So idk
