A French National Office does not know, that Napoleon Bonaparte is dead
INSEE - The French National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies - had sent a survey addressed to Napoleon Bonaparte. The letter was delivered to the home where The Emperor of The French was born: in Ajaccio, capital city of Corsica. It is now a Museum in his memory.
The Museum's director wrote on the envelope 'Recipient died in 1821, please resend it to St. Peter'. A clerk at the post office did not want to accept this, so labelled it 'Return to sender' with the indication 'No one knows a person of that name.'

So who's gonna tell them?
