Who are you referring to as “you creepy fucks”? I don’t think it’s in contention that he is a rapist, but the issue I have (and I guess a lot of others) is that OP is not providing ANY sources. It’s a “trust me bro” vibe. If people want to be taken seriously, then they need to conduct them selves in a serious manner. Posting a picture and avoiding answering a simple question for citing sources does not help the campaign. It’s comparable to throwing shit, and let’s leave that to the right to do.

This post is awful. Snopes has debunked most of the claims, or noted them unverifiable. The diagnosis being "in court" means that if it were true, there would be solid proof of it in the records for the court. There isn't, and this is exactly the sort of softball that Trump and the MAGA crowd can use to try to discredit the legitimate claims against him. Dude is absolutely a pedophile, but unsourced claims do not help.

Solid proof in most court cases is putting your hand on a book and telling a story. Does she have to prove she was in Epsteins NY house? Need some backstory. Mostly false, but definitely siding on innocent until proven guilty. The methods of which they use to discredit the meme seems to be conjecture because it's not proven true. So things that they say are most likely "not true" are proven "not true" because they're "likely" not true. But can they give 100% evidence that these events didn't happen besides a "likely it didn't"? I don't really know what to believe and have no definite answers but want to make one point. Snopes says that they couldn't believe that parents of five kids wouldn't file police reports. There have many many instances of parents not contacting police over serial rapists. From parents protecting family members, clergy and high profile celebrities and politicians. It actually seems very common.

It is very common for sexual assaults to go unreported. The problem here, and I’m not trying to confirm either side, is that we know, for example, that the Katie Johnson case is not pending. It may have been refiled, but it was way past the statute of limitations when it was filed in 2016, & that doesn’t change. It would be more accurate to say these are claimed settlements, as they would be sealed, & there’s no solid evidence. We know many more facts that are extremely suspicious, like the NDA

Snopes tend to stick to the provable facts. In the case of the post here, those numbers would need to come from somewhere documented, and there is no documentation of them anywhere.

Settlements mean there was no verdict. If the case went to verdict, there would be a ruling and an award. Settlements are usually sealed, while rulings are public. The secrecy is one of the primary reasons people agree to settle. It’s one of the reasons we will never know about most of these claims

Please understand that almost all cases settle, it’s the goal of the process. Once the evidence is shown in a civil case, the outcome is known, except for extreme cases, & an agreement is reached. That’s the process, not a way to shortcut it. It doesn’t benefit to spend a fortune on lawyers and use
