We've noticed you're using an adblocker

This was actually what LAX was like in the 70s. Sometimes accuracy is the funniest parody.

Fun fact: the dots of light swirl is a practical effect where they record a bucket of paint (or layer of paint on water) and stirring it.

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

The fire tornado it turns into, of course is hand animated.

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Thank you, those were fun facts.

I've started using ublock to block shit like this. I don't care, right click, create rule, block the frame that has all the other shit in it

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm about to start blocking the page elements that show these lol. Fuck off already. We get it.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I just want to read a news article STOP IT

6 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 0

That’s your problem. Wanting to read a news article. Those sites are filled with crap, usually the worst of which is what is called news.

The truth has been spoken

This is amazing and frustratingly accurate.

Get ad block. I dont know what ads are. And it blocks all ads in youtube videos save for the one in the beginning

6 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

I wish there wa a way to block YouTube ads ony he android app. Ive tried 3rd party apps but they aren't have good as the official one.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I have ad block and ublock origins, there are sites as depicted in the above GIF that bitch about your ad blocker and asking you to subscrib

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I’ve got a free adblocker, which surprisingly enough, is shit. Pain in the arse to have to pay for one though. Any recommendations?

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Ad block plus

If I get to a page that talks about it’s cookies by covering most of the screen with that note. I will read what I came for line by line

6 years ago | Likes 113 Dislikes 3

Just use reader mode if your browser has it. Usually works perfectly.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I gotta be honest, I've never really known exactly what cookies even are, and at this point I'm scared to ask...

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'd just settle for a standardized checkbox system that doesn't take up 60+% of the screen.

Ofc if you really want to jerk around find the element and edit it to like now you can edit everything

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

If you get somewhat savvy with developer tools in chrome right click on the notification > inspect element > navigate to the top parent 1/2

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

2/2 div and press delete. Many also include no scrolling, so find the element almost at the top and find and uncheck "overflow:hidden

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You will most likely need to go up many levels of "divs". Many also include darkened overlays, so try to find it and delete that aswell

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

3/2 lol. At the css/style tab (usually on the (almost) far right side.
