Peach jam the second!!

We have 80 oz from the first batch. I had a boil over event and had to split the whole thing up a few times.

Please excuse my terrible old impossible to make look clean range. Plus walking around makes the sucking sound, omg it's so sticky.

The original pot I started in, you can see the residue from the boil over. The jam is dark but very tasty.
