You could stop at "post the same image". If I see the words "daily picture of" I go to their profile and mute them.

Oh, I have so many users muted. Mostly anime posters. Unfortunately there's an endless stream of them. They create an account, post a few thirsty anime girls or random characters out of context (all of which get downvoted to oblivion), then never post again. Pet peeve of mine, though I know it will never change.
