Announcing a mini library tour with the Baltimore County Public Library system! I'm so excited to be zipping all over this region to teach the basics of Etch A Sketch and create fun drawings for guests. All events are free and all ages so if you're local to the Baltimore area it'd be amazing to meet you :)

Can't make it but want to meet me at your local library? Feel free to reach out if you'd like me to send you a postcard that you can pass along to your local librarian!

The last couple times I made videos announcing my appearances in Las Vegas and St. Louis I was able to meet some of you kind Imgurians IRL and it was a real treat. I'll be heading to Michigan and Chicago next, so stay tuned for more info on that. Hope to see you there!

As much as I'd love to meet you, my State is a shit show. I don't recommend coming here. But your outfit is amazing and you're amazing!

All the more reason to invite her. Bring light to the state.

Loving the love, have fun on your tour!

Gosh, I love her passions and fashions!

OH SHIT! I gotta catch that. Right in my area, too.

This is probably just me being weird, but does anyone else think Jane and Clint from Clint from Clint's reptiles would be an amazing collab?

Yay touring!

This is awesome! Have/would you consider university libraries as well?

Ahhh, if only this was 29 years ago when I was living in Parkville.

Though weirdly, I remember it being called the Carney branch.
Best part about it was right across the street in the 80s an arcade opened up in the height of Pacman popularity.
My 2 favorite things in one area. Reading and wasting quarters.

Please, somebody in San Diego submit for the downtown library. Jane would be an Awesome addition during or before Comic-Con.

First. Congrats on making what you love work for you.
Second. Hot damn, that outfit is working for you!

I may try; my sister-in-law is a teacher in Baltimore so passing it to her! And since I don't see it actually listed in the text:

Thanks so much for drawing attention to Baltimore libraries! It's a great place and we need all the help we can get. If you like blue crabs and want a local experience, you'll be within 20 min of great places like Blakes Crab House

Nice, its been years since I got the crabs at a library!

There are 3 things guaranteed in this life: death, taxes, and getting caught having dirty sex in the periodicals section at the local library

Draw up the bills for the things you can influence, Draw up an etch-a-schetch for the things you cannot.

Don't forget the famous Enoch Pratt library downtown!

Really? Cool! Is tthere a schedule?

4 months ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 3

26secs in or so there is a workshop schedule if that's what you are asking?

4 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

or the 26 mark since it counts backwards sorry :)

4 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Happy to upload a jpg of the schedule for everyone's convenience!

I can walk to one of those! I hope I'm home and not on a travel job 6/20.

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ok, I'll look into a long drive or something. Thanks!

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

hopefully it's not too long a hike for ya! The workshops are all 1 hour apiece, and the live events (Bibliotastic Bookfair and The Dopamie Boost) are where I'll be drawing fun requests for people!

Assume all these are MD?

4 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yep, and we're known for great libraries. Not just books either. Full of education material in every subject you can imagine as well as music and tv/movie DVDs. My little sister saved thousands relying on them through college and her LSAT/bar exams...meanwhile I watched Curb without buying HBO and got free finger painting classes as an adult

Yes! These are all libraries in the Baltimore County Public library system, but I will be doing a tinier tour in the Chicagoland area near the end of June/early July!
