I wondered the same, and started online searching. The answer is no, but apparently in 2024 they hinted at one for 2025. Giddy-up! There are only a couple of bands whose new albums I will blindly purchase, and Tool is one of them. Been listening to them since Undertow. (yeah, I'm in my 50s)
