Happy Wolfenoot!

For this year's Wolfenoot I'm running what I like to call a Harvest Stroganoff special. Beef tenderloin tips and Italian sausage with sauteed onions, apples, and wild mushrooms in a classic stroganoff gravy topped over egg noodles and topped with a dollop of sour cream. One of these years it's gonna fall on my day off so I can do a full fledged game menu at home.
