Two of those aren't even really worth considering given they were already halfway through there already very short lifespans. Wild male lions have an average lifespan of around 10-12 years and female white tail deer closer to 6. Saving either of them gives them 3-5 more years max. Of the two remaining Tadashi is the easy answer because the young man was a genius with the potential to change the world.

She can also create snow.
This mean that, as long as she have prep time to start the loop (1 make snow, 2 create five snowmen as artisans, 3 make snow, 4 artisans make fighter snowmen, loop from 3), Elsa can have an infinite supply of soldiers.
