It's a strong brown sauce, vinegar and tamarind. It goes best with pork products (bacon, sausage etc), hash browns / proper chips also good.

It is not a steak sauce, it is a brown sauce. You would not want this anwhere near a steak, it is far too tangy and vinegary.
