It may be a slight inconvenience but...
Fell asleep watching Hulu last night and had to play detective to figure out where I was in the series. Call me lazy but with Netflix, you are at most only three episodes away.

tbh, I'd rather they used a wristband or something to simply infer your level of awareness, and record notes of when you were doxing off.

made exactly for the audiobook issue, but dammit when I fell asleep I ended up just holding it pressed all night and wake with a sore finger

Remembering the first moments of an episode doesn't mean you recall if it's the one you fell asleep during. Especially when you were drowsy.
