I grew up near NYC and miss the bagels. So when I found out I could get them shipped, I did! This is from Utopia Bagels, topped with bacon, two eggs, and cheese cooked on the griddle

Not so much, but I can honestly say most NY bagel shops know what they’re doing. Brooklyn Bagel is another good one, they probably ship too.
