Yeah, name of the movie is The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent. Premise of the movie is that an actor (Nicholas Cage, playing himself) gets recruited as an undercover CIA agent. They don't really do much interesting with the premise though, mostly just gets used for a 2 minute scene in which he tries to pass himself off as a mob boss and gets immediately called out as a fake. For this scene though, the joke is just that they did drugs 5 minutes prior. Those are their "haha we're high" faces.
Did not know he went political. I do not care though it is a song about pleasuring yourself with a horse sized shaft, not really the place I look for political inspiration. Neither should anyone

Did 2 seconds of googling and apparently it was sarcasm gone wrong, he and a partner (in fursuits) did the same with a Bernie flag earlier, and it got picked up by conservatives to tout around, so he tried the opposite, sarcastically promoting Trump as a furry, but that only got him the ire of the furry community. It was a dumb idea, but not trumpism.
