No bets, Tyrion will win. His amount of book time determines he is likely the main protagonist in all of Game of Thrones

#3 I see Sansa Stark, but not Tony Stark? Uncool, wine aficionado memesters.
Monkeynutsjoe
I don't think wine was ever Tony's poison of choice though. In the comics he was a functioning alcoholic until he became a raging alcoholic in Demon in a Bottle, in the MCU he's had a bourbon or two, some sake. Don't think he ever touched wine.

Known? Maybe. Findable? not really.
CrisprCAS
Find? These are things you make.
Sanzanna
What? They just always appeared at potlucks and cookouts. Things like puppy chow are eternal building blocks of the universe in the midewest.
Toqom
Dude I don't know people in the Midwest that know about them.
CrisprCAS
You're saying that of all the Midwesterners you know, none have heard of a walking taco?
Feralkyn
I don't know what any of them are, I'm not midwestern
JoeMangoJello
Not Midwestern, first heard of the frosted cereal thing a couple months ago. Sounds good. Thought about making it with the niece and nephew around the holidays but never got around to it. The rice krispies with chocolate look good too, but never thought of doing that before. Top left, is that taco stuff in a dorrito bag? And bottom right I'm completely clueless. Candy bars and apples?
Hashbrown123
Top left is a walking taco. Luchables had them back in the 00s. That is how I knew about them.
Undumpable
Pretty much. It's apples, snickers, cool whip, pudding, sometimes marshmallows.
imakesoap
Oh my lord
anobviousthrowawayaccountduh
Walking taco and puppy chow on the left. Top right looks like fudge rice krispie blocks. Not sure what the common name is if that isn’t it. I don’t know what the bottom right is. Probably some kind of “salad.”
SqueezitTheClown
Ambrosia salad
LendLeaseIdentity
Bottom right is one of the many horrific 'salads' that basically some combination of cool whip, sometimes jello mix powder, or something else, and then a bunch of sweet ingredients. If your taste runs to the ultrasweet, it's...I guess your thing. I prefer less ultrasweet, more complex flavors in desserts.
RoscoeDeBoscoe
The Muddy buddies, or puppy chow, are so freaking good. I make like 4 batches every holiday season and they never last, everyone loves them. Plus, they're super easy to make. But use more powdered sugar than the recipe says, they never call for enough!
JoeMangoJello
I've seen recipes that call for butter in the chocolate PB mix and some that don't. What's your opinion on the matter of butter?
RoscoeDeBoscoe
Butter, it makes the chocolate smoother, imo.

I grew up in VA and have lived in CA for the last 40 years and I am kindly asking someone from the Midwest what these foods are
Toqom
So many got the rice crispies wrong. 3cups rice crispies, melt 12oa butterscotch chips with half cup of peanut butter, mix with crispies, put in fridge for 30 minutes. Take 12 oz of your preferred chocolate chips, we use semisweet, melt an poor on top, back in fridge for 30 minutes, cut before getting full hard in fridge or it will splinter
VanJackBurace
dorito pie - take what you'd put on a taco and dump into a pack of doritos and eat, with a fork if you fancy
rice krispy treat with chocolate frosting - kinda self explains it's self, might have peanut butter.
puppy chow - melt chocolate and peanut butter together, mix with chex cereal, coat with powdered sugar
theskepticinme
The second one is a scotcheroo. Butterscotch ricekrispy treat with chocolate on top
SirDaemos
Still wrong. It's a peanut butter rice crispy with butterscotch chocolate icing.
theskepticinme
Sounds good to me. You know it’s been so long since I’ve had one that my memory has faded on the particulars. Could be likely also that there are variations. But I do recall the name and enjoying them
originalcharacterdonotsteal
We call puppy chow muddy buddies.
VanJackBurace
The 4th has been described to me as jello salad once, I can't really explain it and I fear trying to.
estev
Thought the last one was that eldritch salad Mid-Westerners call "Ambrosia"
SirDaemos
Here in the Midwest, we have many different "salad" abominations. That one there is a snicker salad. Ambrosia is basically a fruit cocktail with marshmallows, yogurt and cool whip. We also have the tried and true Watergate salad. Pistachio pudding, pineapple, marshmallows and walnuts or pecans, and again cool whip.
Gaelwyn
Ambrosia is great! My family is from Pennsylvania and we had it there. Watergate sounds good too.
estev
I was in Oshkosh years ago and had a coleslaw with pineapple, marshmallows and quite possibly cool whip.
It haunts me.
YetiSpagettee
Our "salads" are almost all made with either mayonnaise or cool whip
Roune
Never heard it called a dorito pie before. Always referred to it as a walking taco
Roune
Then again, I never made them with Doritos either. We always used Fritos
estev
We call em Taco in a Bag here in West Can'ada

We called it a Pepper Belly, and used Fritos, too

....ok that movie looks lit. Is it lit? Sell me on it.
GroovyCrowley
It's a gem, watch it, or don't.
maxredspeed3
Absolute must-watch. Main character is mute the entire time, and his inner monologue is voiced by Archer, same mannerisms and everything. Genuinely feels like you're in his head, complete with "...wait wtf just happened?" type responses. Fight scenes are entertaining but not over-done. Great storyline as well.
Arracor
Alright I'm sold.
Badgerbadgerson3
#1 Nah, it's cause I'm submissive.
4etherling
I was just thinking, is everyone as autistic as the internet claims?
Badgerbadgerson3
I mean I'm at least a BIT autistic, just saying that isn't why I like doms. And I think now that there's less stigma associated with it, we're finding out way more people are on the spectrum, just like in recent years more people have come out as LGBTQ. It's not that there are more, it's just that people feel safer, minus recent activities here in America,
Junktrunkjunkie
You can be two things.
TheAnswerWasAlwaysMoreLube
Sexually dominant and a dominant personality in general can be correlated, but is also not the same. Some of the best customers to dominant sexworkers are people who otherwise has to have a dominant work and social life.
Many want a break from having to decide things when our clothes are off.
Efreeti
Cute... bottom
dasklaus
I'm autistic and like submissive partners because I'm super particular about what I want and how and like to give clear and direct orders without worrying about politeness and norms. It's understood that an order can be refused or haggled with but I don't like anticipate other's needs. Any kinky person is usually good at making their needs known, I can go by what I was told my partner wants rather than guessing from social norms.
JohnBluehill
Thank you, this was a little eye opening for me!
Outlavv
Honestly there are no real social norms for partners. Thats why many relationships fail. The only thing you need is honest, clear communication of your wants and needs and feelings.
dasklaus
There are though. There are so so many, lots of them contradictory. Whenever someone is surprised by something their new partner does, it's because there's a norm they're not meeting. "I blew him but then he didn't go down on me!" -> reciprocity is a norm. "She never initiates" -> norm. "He wants anal, is he gay?" -> norm. "She doesn't want anal, is she a prude?" -> norm. "He doesn't want anal, what's wrong?" Every notion that is reinforced socially, even if not universal, functions as a norm.
LesbiLexi
I like dominant partners because my body is incredibly sensitive and the slightest touch floods my brain with ecstasy making it hard to think let alone dom someone. My autism is unrelated to my sexual preferences.
KingXizor
#7 I gotta give it up to She-Hulk though, while the CG was dorky the show was quite enjoyable I thought. A lighthearted pallet cleanser I watched after Loki wrapped-up, and I didn't want more heavy (if absolutely incredible) watching.
downvoteifyouhatekittens
She hulk was awful. Nothing happened the entire show
HappyTimeHollis
NGL, I enjoyed the hell out of She-Hulk.
graehall
Same, it was fun as heck. Tatiana Maslany crushed it
jetact12
Loved Loki
rouzuki
Between Tom's performance and the writing, he instantly became my favorite marvel character.
PTKrieg
The ending of the season was pretty weak, but overall it was a good show with some real potential.
ElChupaNuggra
Not to mention CGI meant to look HUMAN is always going to be harder than something that can't be measured against reality, a CGI Werewolf can't have an uncanny valley cause they just have to make it's appearance realistic, something they managed back in the late 90's. So long as it doesn't have to pass for human, the 'minutia' of our facial movements and subtle eye motions, the organic way our flesh stretches, strains, and ripples at the smallest motion. Fur and fangs are easy by comparison.

#14 I would like to fight about this if anyone is interested.
DanCodyComics
What lunatic makes the meat bar green and the tortilla red? Also, those nachos seem to have too much tortilla, and the tacos should traditionally have none. Hower we, if they changed it to "dairy," I can fuck with that vis a vis sour cream (but then I am a vacuous black hole for sour cream).
DanCodyComics
Sorry, the nachos have too much tortilla and too little cheese, and tacos should traditionally have none*
TheOriginalAmberRose
#10 Either the title is incorrect or the map is incorrect.
pipatron
What do you think is incorrect?
TheOriginalAmberRose
It says "every county" in the title. Those routes do not touch every county. Maybe it's supposed to say "every state"?
TheOldSchoolisBack
Which counties are missing?
pipatron
Maybe you're looking on a very small screen because the picture I see has hundreds or thousands of endpoints. Obviously can't verify every county but definitely more than the states.
TheOriginalAmberRose
Maybe.
Gaelwyn
California looks correct.

Bojovnik84
Yeah and his son Bill, should get way more credit for John Wick 4, rather than his 10 minutes is DP.
cheidiotou
And Godzilla vs Kong seems a strange choice to me for Alexander. His role as Eric Northman in True Blood is far more iconic to me
Feralkyn
That show got real deep for a 'hee hee vampires' show. And he was really, really good in it.
JaelitheKitty
Shcherbina and Toptunov in another film together? What movie is it?
FiftyShadesOfMascarpone
Andor. A Star Wars TV show (the very best of the bunch)
MissIWasntItching
Man, this guys character arc after Good Will Hunting is nuts'
SeeJenJen
Haha! I thought the same!
SprinklesMckitten
I recall an Asimov story like this. Human radical was arrested trying to fight alien oppressors via assassination
soldier friend arrests him and tells him, after his conspirators are arrested and executed, he will be set free, and years down the line, the government's contingency plans will activate ans the aliens will be broken, blins to humanity's deception
The radical will be uplifted as the hero that saved them, and the soldier and everyone like him will be damned as cowards and fools.
IceWeaselX
It's a more realistic version of "guy doing something really fucked up for the greater good" than Ozymandias in Watchmen. And because it's more grounded, it's so much more chilling.
Nichols3
His performance as Shcherbina in Chernobyl was amazing as well. Likewise, Alexander's role as Brad Colbert in Generation Kill was a lot better than whatever he played in Godzilla vs Kong
mikeatike
Yeah, if Oppenheimer is in there, so should Chernobyl.
OmnibusLatinName
War on Everyone is a guilty pleasure of mine. Michael Peña is awesome in it as well.
Efreeti
And the other actor in the above clip, Robert Emms, was also on Chernobyl as Leonid Toptunov
Nichols3
There's a lot of overlap in the cast of both shows
MechKelly
Alexander in True Blood was just amazing.
OmnibusLatinName
For the plot, right?
LoitninStroik
Chernobyl and River are my two favorites with him. He's extremely good in pretty much everything, though.
IHateYouMyselfAndEveryone
"In the words of the warrior poet, Ice Cube: 'If the day does not require an AK, it is good.'"

Technically wasn't Brad but it was one of my favorite lines from Generation Kill. I am also certain that I've not gotten the phrasing exactly correct.

khold90
The whole Skarsgård family are super talented and I love that they each have different "areas" they gravitate towards. Bill especially will be good to follow since he seems to be a baby Vincent Price for how he loves his villanous monsters, unlike Gustaf who seems to like "vaguely historical" villain and Alexander who seems to like those more physical roles.
Feralkyn
I feel like Alexander nailed the vampire in True Blood really well, so maybe they can both take on those villain/monster roles well.
KaratheStorm
Are you calling Merlin a vaguely historical villain?
EternalSunshineofthePotlessMind
Yes
khora
There are so many more children. The guy fucks.
khold90
8 children total. 6 to first wife, 2 to second wife. Stellan then had a vasectomy because "8 kids is enough". 7 are in the acting business and 1 is a doctor.

Cuz obviously somewhere the talent has to run out some time because wow

iTakeQuotesOutOfContext
Inarguably, 😉. Andor is a true picture of how rebellion happens, and what it costs people at all levels of society. Like a world war 2 thriller wrapped in a Star Wars costume. Season 2 comes out this year!
Kazeite
If you can see blinking lights in the background, and the aesthetic is worn out and drab, it's Star Wars.
