A mash-up of mine of Link from Legend of Zelda (moreso Twilight Princess version) and Captain America for what I called: Captain Hyrule: The Legendary Avenger
I made everything but the boots. No 3D printing, all hand painted.
The should/chest armor all have removable EVA foam inserts to either go for a "plated" look or just cloth.
The sword is made from a PVC pipe I flattened, and sanded, then added a thermoplastic guard
A decent glimpse of the back of the shield. It's EVA foam, a pizza pan, and some thermoplastic. The pizza pan is so I didn't need to be precise when putting it on the magnetic bracket on my back.
I tried to incorporate the Hylian Shield design into a round, Captain America shield
Not my best cosplay but I had fun creating something from scratch and bringing it to life.
