She had bladder cancer, that got removed, she broke her hip and femur from refusing to use crutches during her recovery process, and she refuses to "be a bother" so she doesn't tell anyone when something feels wrong until she needs to go to the ICU.

My grannie is 85. She broke her pelvis about 6 months ago. The healing went wrong, and now we doubt she'll live to the end of Feb.

Honestly if the surgeries were free I'd agree, but they're very taxing on our family.
