You might be insecure about your work, hey, I get that, but that’s different than thinking your work is “mediocre”. It doesn’t do ANYONE any good to have you downplay your skill level— and can leave many aspiring artists feeling like shit. “If you think your work is mediocre, you must think mine is awful”. It is always ok to think your work needs improvement— that’s normal, but that’s not the same as thinking it’s meh
