Ever been so scared you turned into a ballerina?

funny

I love how the angry dog follows the pirouette along with his head,... like he is expecting more shenanigans.....

I do a rather artsy interpretative dance instead.

He turned into dobby for a split second.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

i love when a dog gives that sneaky eye before it snaps :)

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Makes me think of this.

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Not that hard to teach a dog not to have food aggression...

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

But it is to teach a dog to be a ballerina, don't take credit away from the pug :(

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Laughing so hard eyes are tearing.

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Those owners are gonna have a dead pug on their hands if they don't nip that resource guarding in the bud. Aggression is not cute or funny.

11 years ago | Likes 64 Dislikes 8

I dunno. This was pretty hilarious.

11 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 6

The Pug's reaction was hysterical, but the bigger dog is going to hurt someone or something inevitably.

11 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 2

For me: pug doing ballerina twirl, just impressive

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Twice. And may I say, my pirouette was far superior

11 years ago | Likes 1152 Dislikes 5

The judge from Russia gave it a 5.0.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Did it bring boys to the yard?

11 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Damn right

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm sorry you don't like hockey, it's pretty much the only sport I follow. As an American, I don't like football. Maybe we should switch.

11 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

hurrrr durrr im a hoomin ballerina

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Also my puttanesca sauce is pretty good, even a friend who's a chef said it was better than his.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Damn it I was going to say that . But good on you +1

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I pirouette in the dark, I see the stars through a mirror...

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That looks a lot like food aggression from the larger dog. :(

11 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 1

Could be a unfamiliar dog.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Maybe, but in neither case would be aggression be acceptable.

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Whale eye, side-long glances, licking lips, tense face, tense ears, snarl - these are signs most dogs give before a nip or bite.

11 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

You spin me right 'round, baby, right round

11 years ago | Likes 65 Dislikes 3

Like a record baby, right round round round

My bf is in the er right now and he can't stop laughing at this.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Oh my! Well they say laughter is the best medicine. I hope it helps in making him feel better.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

We appreciate the kind words! He has the flu and should be home later today.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Me either. :D

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

There is that new skype emoticon of the doctor making "shush!" that is what I pictured

As opposed to those friendly snarls

11 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

That is the archetype of jester right there: "Are you mad? <:D" *gets scared* "Oh nooooo" *overacts defeat in a funny way*

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ok not quite the same but I thought it was cute w/ the roles kind of switched.. v

11 years ago | Likes 46 Dislikes 0

Daaaaw he is showing the small one how to be ferocious.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's playing though. And yes super mega cute.

11 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 1

That little dude showed him who's boss, haha!

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Only one way to learn proper doggy etiquette.. By being bit in the face.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I have a frenchie pup that is always up in every dog's face. Most are honestly intimidated and turn away and run and that just (1/2)

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

makes him go even more insane so I've been kind of wanting a dog to be aggressive enough to at least set boundaries. (2/2)

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

My dad's dog had to learn the hard way not to play rough with every dog he meets... Tried to play bite my Basset and things did not go well.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's a pretty clear case of food aggression

11 years ago | Likes 163 Dislikes 6

If you look at the source it looks like the pug is giving a bit of a hard time to begin with

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

if you look at the video, the pug was being an annoying little shit so it might be a combination of annoyance and guarding

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

my dog does this to visiting dogs but has no problem with people or our cat near her food. don't think it's a problem if it is like that.

11 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 4

That depends on whether or not the aggression transfers to children. Dogs often see children as below them on the food chain and can 1/

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

what if the person is snoop dogg

11 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 0

When I have other pups over I feed mine and the others separate. Just to be safe. No point in causing tension.

11 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Yup I do that too, but mine tends to get protective of her bowls even if they're empty.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

channel that kind of aggression to them as well. I'm not saying your dog does that, but it's a common issue. 2/2

11 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Yeah, I've seen that a lot with other dogs, too. We don't really have children over at our place so it isn't an issue for us.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That's good. Do you know how the dog reacts to them or have there just never been kids to observe the behavior with?

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

But maybe they were taking the video to show their dog trainer or something? I'd like to think the best of people.

11 years ago | Likes 50 Dislikes 2

I certainly hope so. Sadly YouTube and the like has ruined me. I just assume the film taker is doing "duur hurr hur look at his growl" :(

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Well I found the source. They are indeed laughing :/

11 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 1

Awww :(

11 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Hopefully. It's really easy to cure the issue, just time consuming

11 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

Most behaviors can be corrected with about 15 minutes a day of training, but even then I can never get people to just... do the training.

11 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Yup. My dogs are pretty well trained, but would be even better if I spent the time every day.

11 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 3

Yo my bad man, didn't realize you had posted the same thing. I upvoted yours as well

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Hey, no worries at all, was just hoping it wasn't a repeat of the bookworm effort from another thread, keep the puns rolling! :-P

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I hitched my comment to an impostor top comment? Now my comment is being recycled on bawjaws comment as if it were original too

11 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

The image had been up 26secs when I said it, not saying you hijacked it, but its just annoying to see the same take off without you, later!

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Why have you forsaken me BulletWilliams! I thought you were clever and original!

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Someone needs to teach that dog not to guard the water. This is how children and guests get bitten.

11 years ago | Likes 51 Dislikes 5

There's a bowl of food there.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I agree. Had a dog (who died recently) when I was little and she had food aggression. She'd often bite me, although I got used to it later.

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

11 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

There's food there...

11 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

YA BIT!

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's guarding the food, not the water. Pug was probably going for the food.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Doesn't matter. Think if a small child went to grab the food at the dog bit the child. Do not ever let an animal be food aggressive.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

With all due respect, teach the dog, but teach the kid too. I know pugs. They're dumb as shit. Probably got sick of his food being eaten.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Yes but I had a cat do this to his sister and it took weeks for him to stop Yes a child should be taught not to, but a dog should NEVER bite

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Am I saying it should? Did the dog above bite? No.
