I’ve received 6 calls in the past 24 hours from two different numbers in Sierra Leone. I’ve never had so many scam calls coming from the same numbers before (foreign numbers at that). What the heck is going on?

I blocked one and then got a call from a different number. Blocked it too. Hope that’s the end of it.

They scam you by charging you a bunch of money for calling the numbers back

so for the record, they aren't getting any of the money, its just my phone company that charges me more for it being so long distance? why??

It sucks. I have a TX cell number. I read an article that showed a 2500% increase in scam calls from Sierra Leone in the past couple days.
